Security denied access to my assistance dog stating that it was policy that no pets were allowed. After I’d told him he wasn’t a pet, he was classed under medical equipment, it is illegal to deny access and that policy doesn’t override law, I was still denied access. I suggest getting your staff and security up to date with the equality act
Absolutely terrible service waited over 10 minutes as till assistant needed assistance constantly didn't know what problem iwas but didn't get an apology or nothing and found her quite rude I will not use this store again

Excellent prices and wide range of goods (branded & Lidl fmgoods). Bakery very good
Revisit in February 2017: store has recently been rebuilt and is now even better than before!The store itself is somewhat larger, as is the car park, and both were absolutely packed when I visited.The range of goods has improved, as have the facilities in general (customer toilets on site now).You definitely don't need or want the "big names" when you've stores like this around!
