Worst pharmacy Ihave ever used. Meds are never ready when they are promised. Even ifthe app says they are ready oryou get a“ready” text they may still not beready. The line isalways ridiculously long. And the hours seem tochange frequently. Every time I've been there I've had issues. And now itsays that the pharmacy istemporarily closed soyou can't even call efficiently.

Rude new pharmacy lady. Iasked her tochange the prescription card on1ofmy 5prescriptions because Iknow itmakes itway cheaper toget the 1on adifferent prescription card than the rest. She changed itand said itwas $50and just walked away quickly toget the new printout. Itold her that it’s usually only $37and asked ifthat was the only card onthere (because Iknow that there are atleast 3) and she said yea and just continued ringing everything uplike she was ina hurry. When Ihave been getting the same medicine for along time, and Iknow around how much itusuallyis, why would you make mepay more when I’m already paying somuch, and itdoesn’t even take that long tochange the card??
I’m just going totake itas NONE ofthe new employees have any customer service experience atall. The new blonde straight outta high school (or still inhigh school) kid doesn’t know how todeal with customers oranswer yes orno questions and then continued tobe rude (I really think itwas because there were 2of his friends standing behind mein line waiting totalk tohim sohe was trying toshow off). But eitherway, heneeds toget ajob that doesn’t deal with people ifhe wants toact like that. Iwasn’t rude until hewas and wouldn’t answer myquestion about mycoupon that Iclipped. All hesaid was exactly what Ihad just read onthe screen. And also, onthe screen itsaid that nodigital coupons were applied. Andno, the coupon hadn’t been applied ATALL. Itis still clipped onmyapp.

They tried tocharge me$100more for myprescription soI told her Ihad insurance and she said that was with insurance and sorry. Soafter Ileft Icalled myinsurance tofind out why and they said they never ranit. Icalled and the pharmacist told meit was anerror and tocome backup. Icome back upand wait inline again only tobe told they can’t find myaccount. After being asked tocomein… they finally say they found itand that it’s too early tofillit. GET ITTOGETHER! They blamed their error ofchanging myson’s address toMI asa profile merge then onthe provider who submitted aprescription even though wehave had prescriptions filled there for over 4years. The pharmacist refused tofix the profile address, then hehungup. Worst customer service ever!

IF ICOULD GIVE IT0STARTS IWOULD. THIS PLACE ISHORRIBLE. IHAVE NOTHING BUT ISSUES. THEY NEVER SEND THE PRIOR AUTHORIZATIONS FOR MYSONS MEDICATION AND ITHAS BEEN AWEEK. THEY ALWAYS HAVE RUDE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE 100% NOHELP WHAT SOEVER. IHAVE COMPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES AND INEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!

Of all the local pharmacies, this Walgreens isthe most painful. We’ve tried them for 4months and each visit tofill prescriptions was amess. Either prescriptions weren’t ready oravailable after wewere told they were ready for pickup, orthe pharmacy only had apartial supply rather than afull month ata minimum. Lately wediscovered that they were adding aco*cktail offlavors without tellingus, which made itmore difficult toget mychild totake his medication.

They're fighting with five employees against the onslaught ofmedication needs during this pandemic. They aren't paid enough for the amount ofabuse and pressure they're under. Higher paying positions don't involve being yelled atfor not delivering in20minutes from the start ofthe request.

As achronically ill person, I've been totoo many pharmacies over the past 15years. This one has always been the best. You can tell bythe reviews which people aren't aware there's apandemic. They're shorthanded because ofthe number ofworkers that are sick. Soyes, it's going totake longer for your script than initially said. Any issues filling ascript are 90% because your insurance iswhining about paying forit, speaking from experience. This pharmacy crew will fight tooth and nail toget you your medication. They've been the absolute best asMedicaid has tried tonot pay for myseizure medication. Ifyou think you can dobetter attheirjob, goto pharmacy school, get ajob, and then good luck. They're trying their best inthis chaos. Another reason your script might take forever isbecause doctor offices are also extremely understaffed. Bepatient, this has been extremely difficult for everyone onall sides. Trustme, they would like tobe able toget your medicine ready ina timely manner. They dont take forever tospiteyou. Waited inline atthe drive through for 45minutes topickup upa prescription, irecieved atext at7:00pm stating itwas ready. Ifinally pulled upto the drive through at7:05pm for them totell methey are closed. Seriously!?

For aplace that issupposed tobe about wellness itsure isfilthy. Ican't stand walking through garbage togo into the store and you will wait solong inthe drive thru that whatever ails you will have passed bythe time its your turn. Try harder Walgreens.

Two days, two visits,1.5hours inthe drive through tofill three prescriptions! Wehave great BCNS coverage sono insurance handles, they’re just incompetent. Pharmacist outright lied yesterday when hesaid they’d beready in20minutes Came back onday two and waited inline tofind out they hadn’t been filledyet!

The people were very rude. Iwaited ina slow moving line for 30minutes trying topick upa prescription for mydaughter. When Ifinally got tothe drive through window they told methey were closed and tocome back tomorrow. Ilet them know Ihad been inline for 30minutes, then the man signed very loudly and repeated they were closed.

I absolutely suggest that noone goes tothis Walgreens because the people here are the type ofpeople that are energy that isnon-transmutable and ifyou know what that means avoidit.
